From time to time I will hear a church leader, a business owner, or a manager complain about the laziness of their team. In their attempt to make me feel sorry for how hard they have it, what they really do is highlight the fact that they have allowed a sick culture to develop on their watch. Laziness is often solved through clear communication with your team… something that is far too uncommon in many organizational cultures.
