		<description><![CDATA[Great insight into how churches allocate budget dollars.  I agree if the church has a stated mission, vision and values statement they can budget accordingly.  An articulated mission and vision should be the focus in all decision making, particularly when it comes to spending the resources that God provides!

It is the way Christians lived 30 years ago. How can we get more money into the field, instead of our own comfort.
