50, 100, & 200 Years From Now

Two hundred years ago slavery was considered to be an acceptable institution.

One hundred years ago women were not considered to be competent to vote.

Fifty years ago discrimination based on skin color was considered to be a way of life.

The church played a major role in ending each of these injustices.  The church also played a role in keeping them in place.

Fifty, one hundred, and two hundred years from now what injustices of our present day and age will people be reflecting on?  How should the church be working to end them now?

What injustices is YOUR church working to defeat?
